Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our grooming services. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Feel free to contact us.
Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4-6 weeks. However, this depends on the breed, coat type, and your at-home maintenance routine. We can recommend a schedule tailored to your pet during your first visit.
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require proof of up-to-date Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations. Please bring a copy of your records or have your vet email them to us before your appointment.
A typical full groom takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of your dog, coat condition, and services requested. We will call or text you 15-20 minutes before your pup is ready for pickup.
We primarily operate by appointment to ensure every dog gets the attention they deserve. We may occasionally have same-day availability, but we best recommend booking in advance.
To ensure the safety of your pet and our groomers, we do not allow owners in the grooming area. Dogs are often more anxious or excitable when their owners are present, which facilitates a safer and calmer grooming process if they are dropped off.
We assess each dog individually. Our priority is safety. If a dog becomes too stressed or aggressive, we may stop the service and recommend a veterinarian groomer who can provide sedation if necessary.
